Invitation for Hardware Supply and Implementation Bid

Oromia Insurance Company S.C. (OIC) invites eligible Local and International Bidders for the Supply, Installation, Configuration, Operations and Support of Network Infrastructure (Datacenter) for OIC.

A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00(Birr Two Hundred only) or equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency from Oromia Insurance Company S.C. 6th Floor, IT Department, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount of Birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand) from recognized domestic financial institution in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and should be valid for 180 days from the date of submission of bids.

A Local Bidder and Local Agent of Foreign Bidder must submit a renewed current trade license, VAT registration certificate and TIN.

Bids sealed and prepared as per the instruction in the biding document must be delivered in person to Oromia Insurance Company S.C., Africa Avenue, Olympia Area, Oromia International Bank Building, 6th Floor, IT Department, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on or before August 16, 2019 until 2:00PM. Late bids will be automatically rejected.

The bids shall be closed on August 16, 2019 at 2:00PM and opened on the same date August 16, 2019 at 2:30PM in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.

 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from OIC at the address given below from 8:00AM to 5:00PM five (5) days before the bid closing date.

Oromia Insurance Company S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at its own discretion.
